Because i have a readers from all over the world i will start blogging in English. So if you are in Kabul, Sydney or Heemstede you'll be able to read about my adventures.
This was my program yesterday. Behind every activity is the rating of the specific activity (1=don't do this, 5=you should definitely do this).
08:30 - 09:30 Breakfast (3)
09:30 - 16:00 Cycling (140km) (5)
16:00 - 17:30 Shower (5)
17:30 - 20:00 Barca - Atletico in the local bar (5)
20:00 - 22:00 Pizza at the local pizzeria with Sebas (4)
22:00 - 00:30 Drinking Herbe D'olsas in local bar with Sebas and Fabrice (2, you get completely wasted)
